Hawthorn

Preview by: Jamie Radford

In 2016, Hawthorn will attempt to become only the second team in AFL/VFL history to claim four consecutive premierships. Although it would be a remarkable achievement, at present it would come as no surprise. The Hawks’ more senior premiership stars in Hodge, Mitchell, Lewis, Burgoyne and Gibson look in no danger of slowing down just yet, while the likes of Roughead, Rioli, Smith, Gunston, Birchall and Shiels are in the prime of their careers.

Brad Hill, Taylor Duryea, Billy Hartung and Ryan Schoenmakers all showed improvement this season, and their top draftees in Ryan Burton and Blake Hardwick could both possibly push for senior selection in 2016. The losses of Lake, Hale and Suckling will be felt, but not enough to stop the Hawks from contending for an historic fourth premiership.

Predicted Finish: 1st – 3rd

I think the dockers will fished maybe 3rd or 7th I think the dockers will have a good year but beyond that the dockers need a main gold to is to be at our best but the recruiting in the draft was very low dockers put less 10 years for players and dockers don’t do it enough but the will do ok
