2016 AFL Season Forecast

Preview by: Matt McGrath – @McRathDT

The Blues have been throwing around the term ‘reset’ of late, and that’s exactly what has happened at Ikon Park. With over 15 new players, and an entirely new-look coaching panel including new coach Brendon Bolton, Carlton will have low expectations on-field in 2016 as it looks to find the right mix.

The best 22 is far from certain so expect to see a lot of fresh faces don the Navy Blue, with newcomers Sam Kerridge, Lachie Plowman and Jed Lamb likely to feature, as well as exciting draftees Jacob Weitering and Charlie Curnow. They will join established players in Marc Murphy, Patrick Cripps, Kade Simpson, Bryce Gibbs and Matthew Kreuzer as they attempt to turn this proud club back into an AFL powerhouse over the next few years.

Predicted Finish: 15th – 18th

I think the dockers will fished maybe 3rd or 7th I think the dockers will have a good year but beyond that the dockers need a main gold to is to be at our best but the recruiting in the draft was very low dockers put less 10 years for players and dockers don’t do it enough but the will do ok
