Greater Western Sydney

Preview by: Anthony Wingard – @AntWingardFP

All indications at GWS hint towards a serious finals tilt in 2016. With their younger players finally adjusting to the rigours of AFL, as well as the acquisition of Steve Johnson from Geelong, the Giants will be keen to make finals.  A host of names, most notably Adam Treloar, departed during the trade period in an effort to meet the required list size, meaning if significant injuries persist, the depth of the playing list may become an issue

Adding three first round academy selections at the draft table has given GWS the opportunity to replenish youth; all of whom have the ability to debut early. Around the league, the general consensus is that GWS will make a push for finals action given their talented playing list. However with only eight spots available, the Giants will need to win some close games and improve their goal kicking accuracy to make their maiden finals appearance

Predicted Finish: 7th – 9th

I think the dockers will fished maybe 3rd or 7th I think the dockers will have a good year but beyond that the dockers need a main gold to is to be at our best but the recruiting in the draft was very low dockers put less 10 years for players and dockers don’t do it enough but the will do ok
