Luckless Morabito tears hamstring

Fremantles’ Anthony Morabito suffered a hamstring tear at training on Monday and will be in rehab for at least six weeks.

After three knee reconstructions followed by severe bruising and ongoing soreness in his left knee, Morabito had hardly missed a training session over the preseason and was eying a spot in defence for 2015. However the luckless Docker tore his hamstring at training on Monday and will spend the next six weeks in rehab. Morabito began his career playing 23 games in 2010 in which he averaged 13.2 disposals, 2.6 marks and three tackles, but due to injury has only played three games since.
