Witts goes solo again

Collingwood ruckman Jarrod Witts will go it alone against Fremantle’s Aaron Sandilands on Thursday night.

Analysis

Coach Nathan Buckley says he’s really happy with Witts’ ability to compete, citing his gallant performance against GWS ruckman Shane Mumford two weeks ago. Witts will again take on the lead role on Thursday, =n the absence of fellow Magpie ruckman Brodie Grundy.
